Been there, done that. Except, we didn't have kids at the time...that would make it so much harder. Our renters in the basement did have kids and we did boil water and let them come use our tub because the basement just has a shower. Anyway, we went a week without hot water when we lived in the Provo House. It was winter time, too. Ugh! We were going to neighbors and friends saying, "Can we use your shower?" The problem for us was that the water heater died and because it's an older house, they had to special order a different model that would work for our house. Special order=longer time without water. I hope it gets here soon!

Bummer Kiley...this is awful. Feel free to come on over and give your kiddos a bath, or yourself.

This is terrible. What can we do to help? Do you guys want to do a sleep over? Can I call UPS and harass them? Can I call a plumber? Yikes!
